Laurent Danion is an industrial executive with over 25 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and the transformation of industrial organizations in international environments. He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the ECAM Lyon and has worked in complex and demanding environments, where he developed an approach combining strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on management.
He began his career at Schindler in Mulhouse, where he contributed to the development of a new industrial activity. He then joined Campingaz in 2000 within the Coleman Group, which later became Jarden and then Newell Brands. Over more than twenty years of progression, he gradually expanded his scope of responsibilities, ultimately becoming Head of Operations for the Outdoor EMEA division, covering brands such as Campingaz, Coleman, Marmot, and Sevylor.
Throughout his career, Laurent Danion has led numerous major transformations: industrial relocations, production site automation, supply chain optimization, diversification of international sourcing, and integration of new brands. His experience in multisite and multicultural organizations gives him a deep understanding of sustainable performance and industrial transformation challenges.
He joined PROCADRES INTERNATIONAL to support companies in their transformation, growth, and operational excellence challenges. Convinced of the strategic role of interim management, he now puts his expertise at the service of executives and organizations undergoing key development phases.
