Bernard Le Bourgeois has successfully piloted numerous organizational and financial restructurings in the framework of LBO in large industrial groups, construction, multi-technical services to companies or in engineering.

CFO of the group (Pdt interim) of the Belgo-Italian engineering group Desmet Ballestra (turnover: 700 M €), Bernard Le Bourgeois led the implementation of an operational financial reorganization allowing a strong improvement of the profitability as well as the refinancing LBO debt.

DGA - Saverglass (turnover € 300m): Organization and financial and operational optimization of the Group.

CFO and DGD of Spie (turnover: € 3,500 million)
- As CFO of the group, Bernard Le Bourgeois’ financial strategy has led to a remarkable improvement in the group’s performance. The need for late turnover has improved by more than € 200 million and EBIT has increased from 2% to over 5%, at the level of the best in the industry.
- As Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group’s main subsidiary (France), he led to an improvement in profitability levels (EBIT tripled in less than 4 years) as well as to major acquisitions, allowing a significant transformation of the portfolio (more than 50% of the turnover impacted) which has generated a strong improvement in the Group’s value (enterprise value multiplied by 6).
- As Financial Director of the American subsidiary for six years. He played a key role in the recovery of the Company. Following its intervention, EBIT went from -15% to + 10% and the generation of cash flow became positive again.

Bernard Le Bourgeois holds a degree from the IDRAC business school in Paris and a DECS from ENOES Paris.
