As key factors in the success of an assignment, the selection and qualification of Managers follows a very stringent process.

Every year, the Manager Relations Director and the Partners each interview and evaluate over one hundred candidates, checking their technical skills and industry knowledge, as well as their management and leadership aptitude.

The professional references of Managers considered for a particular project are checked very carefully. In particular, we consider the specific challenges involved in the assignment to ensure the best possible match between the selected profile and the situation to be managed.

To manage its pool of managers, Procadres International uses a tool allowing it to monitor Managers’ careers and quickly identify candidates who meet its Clients’ requirements.
