Yann Colin, Partner, supports a rapidly evolving HR/Management function. His mission is to advise and support clients seeking solutions to meet their HR challenges. His network in this field and his expertise in the transformation and digitalisation of companies are at the service of PROCADRES International clients.

Yann Colin has spent most of his career in the field of HR and management, both in operational positions as Deputy Executive Manager in the media targeting business leaders (Leaders League, with the flagship magazine Décideurs, etc.) and in HR consulting (Stimulus/Psya, Moortgat, Capital Santé, etc.). Yann brings his in-depth knowledge of Human Resources activities as well as of their strategic, operational and legal challenges (social engineering, HRIS, etc.). In his various positions held, Yann has worked for strategic and managerial thinking to evolve towards more engaging and “transformative” practices.

At PROCADRES International, he supervises the selection and evaluation process of HR interim executives and supports them from strategic reflection to operational implementation.
