Olivier Taburet

After graduating from ESLSCA Business School, Olivier Taburet began his career in 1989 with Digital Equipment in France. He went on to take responsibility for southern Europe and at the company’s European headquarters in Geneva (1995-1998) held roles in management controlling and shared service centres for Finance.

Following the merger with Compaq, Olivier joined Gemplus, the world leader in smart cards, initially as Management Controlling Director in France.

He played an active role in the company’s IPO, before returning to Switzerland as Financial Director of the bank card and security divisions (2002-2005).

Olivier then held various management roles in different industrial sectors, first with Arjo-Wiggins and then with the British group Invensys, before completing an initial transition assignment managing the merger between Hypercom and Verifone .

At the end of a long assignment starting in 2011 at FCI, a manufacturer of electrical connectors under an LBO by an investment fund, Olivier embarked upon his project to launch a transition management practice in Switzerland.
